Hi!
I'm Allison and I reside in the beautiful state of Michigan with my man and our baby girl. We also have four dogs and twelve chickens running around...yes, our lawn is very well fertilized.
I married into the farm life and love it like nothing else!
While I previously worked at a 9-5 office job, I'm now fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom (I'm still getting use to saying that!).
I'm also a registered therapeutic riding instructor and spend a few hours a week working with a very special organization that offers equine-assisted activities and therapies. It's one of my greatest passions in life and I feel very blessed to have such an amazing horse family.
We've started our garden out back, dug a pond and added chickens to our wannabe homestead. One of our dreams is to some day be a small hobby farm that can offer free-range eggs and fresh vegetables, among other things.
My husband & I have lots of big dreams and I hope you'll follow along to see our successes and failures!
